Cheng Tien-hsi (1884-1970) was a Chinese author, jurist, and the last ambassador of the Republic of China to the United Kingdom. F. St. G. Spendlove (1897-1962), Assistant Secretary of the Royal Academy, was a Canadian curator of fine arts.
