'Windows of the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, Jerusalem', 1890. Destroyed by fire in 614 AD during Sassanid invasion, Emperor Heraclius rebuilt the church in 630AD. Rebuilding was finally completed in 1048. From "Cassell's Illustrated Universal History, Vol. III - The Middle Ages", by Edmund Ollier.
