A view looking north-west from the Royal Festival Hall on the South Bank towards Westminster with Somerset House beyond Waterloo Bridge. The building was designed by Leslie Martin, Peter Moro and Robert Matthew from London County Council's Architecture Department to mark the Festival of Britain in 1951.
