Peace with Honour, 1881. Britannia wears full mourning in honour of Benjamin Disraeli, the Earl of Beaconsfield. The former Conservative Prime Minister died on 19th April 1881. He was interred at Hughenden on 26th April and a monument to his memory was erected in Westminster Abbey. From Punch, or the London Charivari, April 30, 1881.
