Economic houses for workers built by 'La Constructora Benéfica', Pacífico Neighborhood, Madrid, Spain, 1883. Perspective of Caridad Street (calle Caridad). Thirty-eight houses were built for 58 families. Access to housing for workers was facilitated, making it possible for them to acquire ownership of their homes by paying rent for a few years.
