Unwrapping a bronze square Ting (cauldron), 1935. British and Chinese officials with artefacts. Cheng Tien-hsi (1884-1970), second left, was a Chinese author, jurist, and the last ambassador of the Republic of China to the United Kingdom. The 'International Exhibition of Chinese Art' was held at the Royal Academy of Arts, Piccadilly, London, from November 1935-March 1936.
