Cast of a Bust of Bacchus, (19th century?). This cast is taken from a Roman marble of the 2nd century AD/CE which was a copy of a Greek original from the 2nd century BCE. This bust was originally thought to represent Ariadne but is now believed to depict a youthful Bacchus.
