Neveu du 1st Ambassade Siam, 1860-1861. Nephew of the 1st Siamese Ambassador. Portrait of a man standing with one arm resting on a cloth-covered table, on which sits his elaborate hat, and the opposite hand grasping the hilt of his sword. He wears traditional Siamese dress. The first Ambassador, Rajikosa Thipusi, known as Phra Siphiphat, and his entourage were received by Napoléon III and Empress Eugénie at Fontainebleau in June 1861.
