St. Nicholas' Parish Church, Chelmno, 1902. Tombstone monument of Jan Lezenski, Castellan of Malogoszcz, who died in 1573. He held the castellanies of Polaniec, Przedbórz and Stromcza and resided, among others, in Przedbórz, Lezenice and Glowaczów. In the last years of his life, however, he moved to Chelmno where in the local church he founded St. Anne's Chapel, which became the sepulchral site for his burial and tombstone. The castellan's tombstone shows him as if sleeping in plate armour, with a knight's helmet placed at his feet. The background for the figures are two arcade niches filled with heraldic emblems: "Nalecz" (on the sword) and "Odrowaz" (on the Szydlowiecki family's distaff side).
