The American Franklin Search Expedition - view in summer, King William's Land, 1870, (1881). 'Some additional Illustrations of this arduous journey and sojourn of an exploring party in the Arctic Regions, from the Sketches of Mr. H. W. Klutschak...are engraved for the present Number of our Journal. The expedition [was] fitted out by the New York Geographical Society...Its overland sledge travelling, from the northern shore of Hudson's Bay to Simpson's Strait, and across that strait to King William's Land, with the long sojourn in that desolate country, occupied eleven months, including the return journey to Hudson's Bay...[We present a view] in King William's Land during the summer of 1879'.
