The three Magi, c1265-1270. Upper roundel, the journey of the Magi; all wear coloured crowns and one wears gauntlet-gloves. Lower roundel, the three Magi before Herod who sits questioning them. At the sides; the creation of the birds and beasts, and the creation of Adam. In the corners, four bearded heads, one crowned the others wearing pointed caps. From the Oscott Psalter.
