Design for a table with legs in the form of seated lions, c.1650. The drawing of the left front leg of the table, in the form of a seated lion with a ball, is covered with red chalk, while the contours of the lion are inscribed. Thus the image on the right side could be duplicated; the drawing of the right front leg is based on that.
