St. Margaret of Scotland, Hereford Cathedral, England, 20th century. Medieval stained glass window in Hereford Cathedral depicts Saint Margaret of Scotland (c1045- 1093), also known as Margaret of Wessex. She was an English princess of the House of Wessex, sometimes called The Pearl of Scotland. Around 1070 Margaret married Malcolm III of Scotland, becoming Scottish queen.
