'Archbishop's Palace, Croydon', 1912, (1914). Croydon Palace, Croydon, Greater London. Croydon Palace was the summer residence of the Archbishop of Canterbury for over 500 years. The buildings date from the 15th century and remained a residence until their dilapidation in late 18th century.
