Scene at Horse Guards Parade, London, 1816. The Prince Regent (later King George IV) is portrayed as the mortar known as the 'Regent's Bomb'. Robert Stewart, Viscount Castlereagh, Viscount Castlereagh bows. George Rose holds a rose. Wellesly Pole pushes a pole down the mouth of the mortar (the Regent's posterior) while Nicholas (?) Vansittart appears to kiss it.
