Charles Latimer Marson, curate and Fabian socialist, Hambridge, Somerset, c1905. British musician Cecil Sharp (1859-1924) collected folk songs from older people in rural areas of England in the early years of the 20th century. He collaborated with Marson (1858-1914) on Folk-Songs from Somerset, (1904-1909).
