Victor McLaglen, British boxer and actor, 1934-1935. McLaglen travelled to Hollywood in the 1920s. He won a Best Actor Oscar for his performance in The Informer (1935) and was Best Supporting Actor in 1952 for his role opposite John Wayne in The Quiet Man.
