The marble 'Long Bar' in the Trocadero Restaurant, c1950. With two bar tenders in white coats standing behind the bar that has been laid out with glasses, bottles and cocktail shakers. Lyons & Co opened the Trocadero as a restaurant in 1901. It has since been demolished.
