On the return of the '...French Minister of Marine, the Marquis de Chasseloup-Laubat...to the Reine Hortense, that beautiful vessel steamed out of Portsmouth Harbour, and was followed by the Enchantress, paddle-wheel steamer, with the Lords of the Admiralty on board.
