Spearmint, c1905 (c1910). Spearmint (1903-1924) was a British thoroughbred racehorse and a sire owned by Major Eustace Loder (1867-1914). In 1906 he won the Epsom Derby and was the first British horse in twenty years to win the Grand Prix de Paris. From Live Stock in Health and Disease, edited by Professor J Prince-Sheldon.
