Prince Hatzfeldt and Ascetic's Silver, 1911. Portrait of German racehorse owner Franz Edmund Joseph Gabriel Vitus Hatzfeldt, prinz von Hatzfeldt-Wildenburg (1853-1910) and his chestnut gelding Ascetic's Silver. The horse won the 1904 Irish Grand National, and the 1906 English Grand National ridden by Aubrey Hastings.
