Prince Alfred in Australia: the Duke opening the Horticultural and Agricultural Exhibition of South Australia, 1868. 'On Nov. 7 [1867] his Royal Highness opened the horticultural and agricultural show [in Adelaide]. There was a great collection of agricultural and dairy produce, fruits, flowers, and vegetables, wines and liquors, poultry, birds, and game, agricultural implements and machinery, colonial works of industry, wools, minerals, live stock, and miscellaneous articles not specially classified'.
