Opening of the American Centennial Festival Exhibition: a Street in Philadelphia, 1876. 'The Great Exhibition at Philadelphia, upon the occasion of the Centennial Festival of the American Declaration of Independence, has been opened this week. Our engraving, from a sketch by Mr. Felix Regamey, is a view of one of the busy streets in that city, which has a population of 800,000, with important trades and manufactures'.
