Notes for a a speech by Richard Brinsley Sheridan, 30th April 1805. Notes for a a speech in the House of Commons imputing to William Pitt misapplication of public funds in connection with the charge against Henry Dundas, Viscount Melville, First Lord of the Admiralty. The detached signature is from a letter of Sheridan to C Ward in favour of his old and consequently respected friend John Frost, of whom he says No one is better informed with respect to the unjust political oppression under which he has suffered than myself.
