Siege of Balaguer (July-October 1413), as a result of the disagreement in the Compromise of Caspe over the election of the successor to the King of Aragon Martin I the Humane. Siege of Balaguer (July-October 1413). James II confined himself to Balaguer, whose troops were led by Ramon Berenguer de Fluvià while awaiting English help.
