Huddington Court, Huddington, Wychavon, Worcestershire, 1940-1948. Exterior view of Huddington Court and gardens, with a view of the rear of the building off of the east wing and an original 16th century external chimney. The court is situated on an island within a water-filled moat, and was inhabited by the Wintour family during the 17th century. It is believed to be the site where Robert Catesby hatched the Gunpower plot in 1604. Wintour can also be spelt Wyntour.
