Horse drawn omnibuses and cabs pass the Ritz Hotel, Piccadilly, London, 1906. Built to the specifications of the Swiss hotelier Caesar Ritz, and designed by Mewes & Davis in a distinctly French style, it was opened on 24 May 1906.
