Grand Duke Alexander Mikhailovich and Grand Duchess Xenia Alexandrovna of Russia, 1903. Grand Duke Alexander (1866-1933) was the fourth son of Grand Duke Michael Nicolaevich of Russia, and a grandson of Tsar Nicholas I. He married his cousin Grand Duchess Xenia (1875-1960), the eldest daughter of Tsar Alexander III, in 1894. From a private collection.
