Frederica Sophia Charlotte, Duchess of Cumberland, 1830. Frederica of Mecklenburg-Strelitz (1778-1841) married Ernest Augustus, Duke of Cumberland, the fifth son of King George III, in 1815. Her third husband, he became king of Hanover in 1837 when William IV, King of Great Britain and Hanover, died.
