'Fishing', fragment of a fresco, 14th century (1909). The fresco, from the apartment of Pope Clement VI (1291-1352) in the Palais des Papes at Avignon, was restored by M Yperman. The palace was the residence of the Popes from 1309 until 1377. A print from L'Illustration, 21 August 1909.
