Dr. Carman & Elizabeth, 1914. Shows Dr. Edwin Carman (d. 1939) of Freeport, Long Island with his daughter Elizabeth. His wife, Florence Conklin Carman, was accused of murdering Lulu Bailey in his office in June 1914. Mrs. Carman was later acquitted.
