Dinner service designed for the coronation of Elizabeth II, 1953. A new china dinner service of 1200 pieces chosen for the traditional dinner given by the Foreign Secretary after the coronation. Made by Wedgwood and designed by the late Eric Ravilious, it was known as "Golden Persephone". The design is in gold on fine bone china and shows the Royal Coat of Arms.
