Dave Crowley, British boxer, 1938. Crowley (1910-1974) fought unsuccessfully for the World Featherweight Championship in 1936, losing by a knockout to America's Mile Belloise. In 1938 he won the British lightweight title when he outpointed Jimmy Walsh, but lostit to Eric Boon later that year. A Churchman's Cigarettes picture card.
