Cosme Damian Churruca y de Elorza, (Motrico,1761-Battle of Trafalgar, 1805), Spanish mariner, 1852. Admiral of the Royal Spanish Armada. He was part of the expedition to explore the Strait of Magellan (1788). He died at the Battle of Trafalgar (war of the Third coalition of the Napoleonic Wars).
