Honoring of veterans of the Dutch armed forces who helped to restore Dutch independence, and 50th anniversary of the establishment of the Military Order of William. King Willem III addresses the chapter of the Order, standing opposite the king are the princes Frederik, Hendrik and the crown prince Willem.
