Cast of the decorated pedestal beneath the pilasters of the tomb of Giovanni Ortega Gomiel, Santa Maria del Popolo, late 18th or early 19th century. Cast, made by the school of Andrea Bregno, of the decorated plinth beneath the two pilasters of the monument of the bishop of Burgos, Giovanni Ortega Gomiel (died 1514) in the Church of Santa Maria del Popolo (Rome). It is greatly influenced by ancient models.
