New gypsum mill, Montenegro system, established in Vallecas, in the facilities of Messrs. Rous, Madrid, Spain. 1883. The engineer Antonio Montenegro designed a grinding system to obtain a high quality gypsum, without residues, which could be packaged directly as it came out of the mill. Some workers take the stone up the ramp, others enter the clay through the door, to pour it all into the hopper on the bridge. The mechanism for the powerful transmission of the movement required by this system is subway, with easy access for maintenance and lubrication.
