Treaty of Arras, 1446-1448, (1877). Concluded in October 1191 by the interposition of William de Champagne (Guillaume de Champagne), Archbishop of Rheims; between Baldwin V, Count of Hainaut, and Matilda of Portugal (1151-1218), widow of Philip of Alsace, Count of Flanders. They agreed on the inheritance of the County of Flanders. After a miniature in "Chroniques de Hainaut", 1446-1448.
