Festival of Britain, Battersea, London, c1951. The Guinness Clock. In 1951 the northern parts of Battersea Park were transformed into the Festival Pleasure Gardens as part of the Festival of Britain celebrations. Popular attractions included the Guinness Clock, designed by Jan Le Witt and George Him.
