Campbell, Q.C., M.P., has enjoyed for some years one of the largest practices at the Irish Bar; Mr. George Aitchison, R.A., President of the Royal Institute of British Architects; Mr. Lionel Smythe, A.R.A., owner of a chateau near Calais; the late Lieutenant-General Sir Frederick D. Middleton, K.C.M.G., C.B., Keeper of the Crown Jewels in the Tower of London; the late Mr. William Charles Thomas Dobson, R.A., was an artist whose best work was more familiar to a former generation than it is to that of to-day; the late General Sir Daniel Lysons, G.C.B., served in the Crimea, commanding for a time the 2nd Brigade Light Division; the late Lord Carlingford, besides his own importance, wore a certain reflected glory as the husband of Countess Waldegrave, whose brilliant social position in London, and as the mistress of Strawberry Hill, he shared and increased; the late Major-General Francis John Moberly, R.E.['s] chief distinction in educational matters is the work he did for blind, deaf and dumb, and imbecile children; the late Rev.
