The Duke and Duchess of York at Sheffield: the Recorder (Mr. S. D. Waddy, Q.C.) reading the Address, Corn Exchange, 1895. '...after various officials had been formally introduced, the Recorder of Sheffield read a loyal address of welcome from the Corporation, reminding the Duke of a visit paid to the city twenty years ago by his father and mother.
