Mr. W. A. Locker, 1895. Engraving after a photograph. 'Mr. William Algernon Locker, who now becomes editor of the Morning Post, is the second son of Mr. Arthur Locker, whose connection with the Graphic is well known. He was educated at Charterhouse, and at Merton College, Oxford, graduating B.A. in 1886. After being on the Globe for three years, he became assistant editor of the Graphic in 1889, but subsequently rejoined the Globe'. From "Illustrated London News", 1895.
