A group of men and women take tea on a college barge overlooking the Henley Royal Regatta, Henley-On-Thames, South Oxfordshire, Oxfordshire, 1897. The Regatta was established in 1839 and became very popular as a socal occasion, particularly after being patronised by royalty in 1851.
