Arch of Titus, between 1852 and 1864. Arch of Titus, between 1852 and 1864. Honorific arch on the Via Sacra in Rome, built by the Emperor Domitian to commemorate the official deification of his brother Titus Caesar Vespasianus, and the victory of Titus, together with their father, Vespasian, over the Jewish rebellion in Judaea (66-73/74 AD).
