'The Pacific Steam Navigation Company, associated with the Orient Line to Australia, has contributed to that service two fine new sister-ships, the Orotova and the Oruba; and the first-named ship, commanded by Captain G. N. Conlan, sailed from the Port of London (Tilbury Dock) on June 6. These ships, built by the Naval Construction Company, at Barrow, are each of 5552 tons register, 450 ft. long, 19 ft. beam, and 37 ft. deep, with engines of 7000-horse power.
