The Catalan-Aragonese squadron in Salou, Conquest of Majorca by King James I (1208-1276), 1890. On 5 September 1229, the Aragonese squadron sailed from Tarragona, Salou and Cambrils with an imposing fleet of more than 150 ships to conquer Majorca.
