Alfonso XI and his mistress, Eleanor de Guzmán (Leonor de Guzmán) (1310-1351), a Castilian noblewoman with whom he had several sons, one of whom was Henry II of Castile (1334-1379). From "Glorias Españolas" (Glories of Spain), Volume II, published in Barcelona, 1890.
