Portrait of Antoine-François Bertrand de Molleville (1744-1818), French politician, staunch royalist, 1876. Maître des requêtes (Master of Requests) in 1774. Minister of Marine and the Colonies (1790-1792). Before and after 10 August 1792 he tried to organise an escape for the King Louis XVI, but he was finally forced to flee to England himself.
