Congress of Berlin, June 13, 1878, (1878). Held at the Radziwill Palace, the new official residence of the Prince of Bismarck (Palace of the Chancellery of the German Empire). The solution of the multiple issues of the Eastern Question was discussed. The European powers of Germany, Austria-Hungary, France, Great Britain, Italy, Russia and the Ottoman Empire participated.
