In Front of the Inn, 18th century. Additional Info: Village buildings emerge by a road running diagonally from the bottom right corner to the left and then into the distance. They may probably be identified as an inn, with a couple in conversation sitting by its wall. A woman is smoking a pipe, and a man is drinking from a tankard. An innkeeper standing by a window joins in the conversation. A group of men wearing hats are presented in front of them. One of the men fils up a wooden manger, a white horse stands in front of it. On the left, a landscape extends with a hill in the background and an overcast sky. In the distance, a couple can be seen from behind walking down the road.
